According to Bill Xoufeng Le's plots, once 32 Islamic pilots arrived in Beijing on June 17,2001, Feng Shen in Beijing, must immediately wash each of their brains based on Bill Xoufeng Le and Tiffany Le Wei Weiss provided lectures which used false statements that United States Government puts each of their names on terrorists lists because they were hired by Hawaian Airlines, and each their family members are also under United States Government's terrorists lists. The first day's lectures made all 32 Islamic pilots angry. Feng Shen suggested that they should forget about for being Hawaian Airlines pilots and might just do something against United States. Then Feng Shen suggested 32 Islamic pilots to use hacked airplanes to hit both Twin Towers in Manhattan and Pentagon Buildings and U.S Capitol Building. Feng Shen let 32 pilots to vote if they wanted to participate in September 11 terror attacks. The result was 27 out of 32 Islamic pilots voted for Yes, and the rest 5 voted for No. Feng Shen let the 5 pilots to leave Beijing next day - actually Feng Shen had killers to kill each of those 5 pilots within a few days, which was part of Bill Xoufeng Le's plots of let all 32 Islamic pilots die during or before September 11 terror attacks to purposely kill the part of the evidence.
